Pat joined Rockline in November 2006. He started his career at Rockline as a Shipping Manager. Within two years, he was selected to manage the Customer Service team. Two years after that, he moved into the role of Product Manager for retail coffee filters and baking cups within the Marketing department. He was promoted to his current role Plant Manager, in 2013.
Prior to joining Rockline, Pat worked for Kohler Company as a project manager. He recently completed his Masters in Business Administration from Lakeland College. Outside of work, he has three children, the oldest is a sophomore in college, the middle child is a senior in high school, and his youngest is in seventh grade. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and just being outside.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Rockline Industries is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of coffee filters and wet wipes. This family-owned, privately held company has repeatedly created first-to-market product design solutions for the wet wipe consumer and continues to provide innovative new material successes in the non-woven industry. Rockline employs approximately 2,000 people worldwide and has manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Arkansas, New Jersey, England and South China. Their breadth of products between coffee filters and wet wipes is varied. They produce baby wipes, facial wipes, moist toilet tissue, hard surface disinfecting wipes, basket style coffee filters, cone style coffee filters, paper baking cups, and aluminum foil baking cups.
